360 Discovery offers a range of cruises in the Hauraki Gulf for both tourists and locals keen to get out and about.
360 prides itself on delivering the very best experience to our customers. Our services are operated by a small fleet of well-maintained modern high-speed catamarans.
360 Discovery Cruises are currently looking for customer service/sales people to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
You will need to be a people person with great customer service and excellent communication skills as you will be assisting customers face to face and dealing with phone enquiries/bookings. You must be competent in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and be reliable, with a great work ethic, positive attitude and have a team orientated approach.
The successful applicant will need to be available to work Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and hold a current full NZ drivers license. Excellent spoken English is essential.

Being part of our Customer Services team is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in travel and tourism. Our Customer Services/Reservations/Sales team is often the first point of contact for our customers and our team ensures that all customers, both commuters and tourists, have a fantastic experience, even before stepping on board.
The responsibilities of a deckhand revolve around the marine aspect of the vessel as directed by the Master, including assisting with the berthing of vessels, checking of the onboard equipment, including engines, and they report any faults and issues to the Master. The Deckhand also supervises and assists the Master with the training of Other Seafarers with their duties onboard. Passion for customer service is also vital as our deckhands are responsible for providing on board services and the reputable “on-board experience” that our customers will keep coming back for. The Deckhand would normally have a maritime qualification.
The Master is in overall command of the vessel while in operation and on service. They are responsible for the safety and well-being of everyone on board – crew and customers alike.
